Health Care Systems Corporation announces Jeff Buhrt, partner and CTO has been promoted to President. Health Care Systems Corporation is expanding its leveraging of technologies from Achievement Focused Technology, Inc. and expanding into new markets. Existing customers will begin seeing new technologies and features rolled back into existing products and expansion of features requested by new and existing customers and new partnership relationships.
